| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr. Tan Choong Kiak ("Mr. Tan") has tendered his resignation as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue his other interests. There are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to Mr. Tan's resignation and there are no disagreements between Mr. Tan and the Board with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's and the Group's financial reporting. Mr. Tan is currently serving his notice period and will work closely with Ms. Leow May Cin, Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr Tan for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure. |
